The Latigo Ladies Club was born with a vision I had to combine the passion of horse women and their community. There were lots of horse groups and clubs around, but I felt something was missing. We needed a community of like-minded women to have fun AND accomplish great things to be remembered by. I wanted a legacy for us to continue into future generations. Many sleepless nights as thoughts raced through my head of all the possibilities! As we launch this year, I thank every one of you for your support in this adventure and I am humbled and blessed that so many lovely ladies are also sharing my vision.
Let the legacy begin!

To envision a vibrant community where women unite in their shared love for horses, coming together with purpose and passion to positively impact the community through acts of service, compassion, and empowerment.

Mary was born and raised in Michigan where her passion for horses began. Lady Star was her first love, a green broke 2-year-old and she didn’t even own a saddle so bareback it was! Star stayed with her across the country until her final days and part of her tail still hangs in the store. It wasn’t until her adult years that formal training began and then 20 years of Hunter/Jumpers and 3 Day Eventing competing kept her busy and she was blessed with several really special horses to share this journey with. The past 8-10 years have been filled with western competing in Ranch Horse Versatility and Western Dressage. She currently shares her life with her husband Jim, 2 toy Aussies, a house cat and 3 horses. Besides running 2 small businesses she loves her time with her 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Originally from South Carolina, Tracy grew up with horses being a constant in her life. She moved to Colorado in 2005 with her husband Roger. They currently have 3 horses, 2 puppies and 10 chickens.
Roger and Tracy seem to always be at Latigo in one aspect or another.
They love their barn and Latigo family and feel blessed to be a part of such an amazing community.
